From Boston Logan airport:
Mapquest Directions

1. Follow signs exiting the airport for Interstate 93
2. take I-93 North (for 10.8 miles / 17.7 km)
3. take I-95 South via exit 37B (for 5.4 mi / 8.7 km)
4. take US-3 North via exit 32A (for 24.7 mi / 39.7 km)
5. get off at exit 5. there are 3 exit 5 exits. Take the third (and last) one.
6. go straight through a 4-way stop. continue for a mile or two until you come to a traffic circle.
7. the large tan building with the words “One Chestnut Street” on the front is visible to the left. Go around the traffic circle to park in the parking lot.

From Manchester airport:
Mapquest Directions

1. Follow signs to Brown Ave / NH-3A
2. Take 3A (for 1.5 mi / 2.4 km)
3. You’ll pass under an overpass, take the next left onto NH-101 (for 1 mile / 1.6 km)
4. Take Everette Turnpike South (for 12.8 mi / 20.6 km). You’ll need 75 cents for the one toll on the way (the toll also has people to accept larger bills).
5. Get off at Exit 6 (Broad St)
6. Take a left at the end of the exit. Go straight for less than a mile, until you reach the end of the road and are forced to turn right.
7. turn right, and follow the road for less than a mile to a 4 way intersection with stoplights.
8. turn right on to Main St. after one or two traffic lights, turn right on to Water St.
9. Follow water st around until you see a large tan building with the words “One Chestnut Street” on the front. Pull in and park.

Once at the Building:

1. While facing the front of the building, the entrance is to the left.
2. Take the elevator or stairs to the third floor.
3. SyAM is located in Suite 3-I, in the opposite corner from where you are at this point.
