SyAM Announces Technology Partnership with NeoGenesys OEM relationship marks SyAM’s first Mexican Partnership/b>


Nashua, N.H. (April 9, 2009) –SyAM Software is announcing today a technology partnership with Neogenesys. As a part of this agreement, Neogenesys will integrate SyAM management products with Intel® remote management vPro™ Technology into its own line of Intelligent Terminals and servers to increase the manageability of its solutions for its customers throughout Latin America.

The OEM relationship marks SyAM Software’s first ever such partnership in Mexico and will enable Neogenesys – an Intel® Mexico Strategic solution partner – to offer fast and effective Server and desktop advanced management solutions for its Expanda line of Intelligent terminals based on Intel’s Core2 Duo and vPro chipsets. SyAM Software will further enable Neogenesys customers to remotely manage a large number of Expanda terminals, servers and legacy systems from a single console.

The software allows IT administrators to easily and with greater agility manage networks of PCs and servers, reducing downtime and increasing productivity. SyAM Software enables IT managers to pro-actively manage all of their IT Assets: know what they have, where its located, how its configured, its change history and most importantly know of issues in advance before down time occurs.
