SyAM Software and Asustek Expand Remote Management Solutions for Asus Desktops, Maximizing Intel® vPro™ Processor Technology

SyAM Software’s System Area Manager Now Supporting Intel® vPro™ processor technology on Asustek’s P5B-VM DO Business Desktop boards

(Dateline, August 1, 2007 - Nashua, NH) SyAM Software is announcing today that it has certified its Version 3.40 System Area Manager for in-band and out-of-band management for the Asustek’s P5B-VM DO Business Desktop motherboard. The certification includes the extension of the advanced remote management capabilities of Intel® vPro™ technology. SyAM Software, a leading provider of unified systems and storage management technologies to OEM and resellers, further expanded its management capabilities to AsusTek platforms by supporting the Intel vPro processor technology enabled P5B-VM DO platform as well.
