I just installed logged in and get a message, Centralized license is not initialized – What does this mean?

On some systems it takes the management agent a little longer to initialize that it take for the web server and Central management services to start, once the agent initialization is completed, it will change to “No managed systems found”.

I just installed logged in and got a message, “No managed systems found” - What I do now?

In the header bar top left it says “Add Managed Systems”, click the Go button and it will take you to the page where you can add a single system or a range of systems. The number of systems is limited by the central management license which can be found by selecting License Management from the drop-down list.

If I want all my systems to alert from the Central Manager, How do I do that?

By default the system alerts are set to send events to the Central Manager. Select the Central Alert Matrix from the header bar drop-down menu. Here you can select the categories of event for alerting as well as setup the email recipients for alerts when they occur.

Can I add more that one email recipient address?

Yes, multiple email addresses may be entered. They must be separated by a semi colon. For example: user1@test.com;user2@test.com

If I click the test notifications button will all of the recipients entered receive a test email message?

Yes, all of the notification targets will be sent an email when the button is clicked.
