SyAM’s systems management technology can integrate into HP OpenView Network Node Manager, combining Network Node Manager’s automatic discovery and inventory of your physical network devices with SyAM's real-time monitoring and pro-active alerting of your systems and storage resources. HP OpenView Network Node Manager provides the enterprise level view, enabling administrators to monitor and capture the inventory of their network environment. SyAM's technology has been optimized to enable SNMP traps to be sent up to HP’s Network Node Manager, enabling administrators to have the dynamic monitoring of their physical and logical sensor environments combined with their enterprise level network environment. Once the administrator has been alerted of an issue via SNMP trap, they can browse to the managed system and take the corrective action remotely.
